List telephony configurations
GET /api/v1/organizations/telephony-configs — every provider account in your org, each with its phone-number count.
GET /api/v1/organizations/telephony-configsLists every telephony configuration in your organization. Each item carries a phone_number_count (active numbers only) so you can pick a config_id without a second call.

name | string | Human label you gave the config. |
provider | string | twilio, vobiz, smartflo, plivo, vonage, telnyx, cloudonix, ari. |
is_default_outbound | bool | Whether outbound calls default to this config when none is specified. |
phone_number_count | int | Count of active numbers under this config. |
