Get a telephony configuration

GET /api/v1/organizations/telephony-configs/{config_id} — config detail with masked credentials and, for Smartflo, the Voice Bot WSS URL.

GET /api/v1/organizations/telephony-configs/{config_id}

Returns one configuration. Credentials are masked. For Tata Smartflo, the response also carries voice_bot_wss_url — the exact streaming URL you paste into the Tata portal so inbound calls reach zoxaAI.

Smartflo streams to this URL

Smartflo has no per-call HTTP webhook. The voice_bot_wss_url is signed with the config_id; every inbound stream on this account arrives here, and zoxaAI resolves the specific number → agent from the stream's to/from. Set it in Settings → Channels → Voice Bot in the Tata portal. See Tata Smartflo setup.
