Account Settings
Manage your profile, email addresses, security, organization members, and account — all from one full-screen Settings hub.
What you'll learn
- Where the Settings hub lives and what each section controls
- How to add and verify email addresses and change which one is primary
- How to set a password, enable two-factor authentication, and add a passkey
- How to review active sessions and sign out devices you don't recognize
- How to choose which notification emails you receive
- How to rename your organization, invite teammates, and find your support reference ID
Open your account menu — the pill with your email at the bottom of the sidebar (or the avatar when the sidebar is collapsed) — and choose Settings. The hub opens full-screen with a tab rail on the left: your account pages under Account, one page per workspace under Organizations, and Danger zone at the bottom. The back arrow returns you to the app.
Profile
Your photo and display name, shown to teammates across the platform.
- Photo — click Change and pick any image; it's cropped square automatically.
- Display name — click your name to edit inline. It's cosmetic only and never used for signing in.
Email addresses
You can attach several email addresses to one account. Exactly one is Primary — that's where sign-in codes and billing messages go.
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Add an address | Add email → enter the address → a verification link is sent automatically |
| Verify | Click the link in the email, or hit the resend icon next to an unverified address |
| Change primary | Click the star next to any verified address |
| Remove | Trash icon — available on any non-primary address |
An address must be verified before it can become your primary. You can't remove your primary address — promote another one first.
Security
Password
If you signed up with Google or another provider, you may not have a password yet — Set password creates one so you can also sign in with email + password. If you already have one, Change password asks for your current password first. Minimum 8 characters.
Two-factor authentication
Click Enable, scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…), and enter the 6-digit code to confirm. From then on, sign-in requires a fresh code. Disable it any time from the same row.
Passkey
Add passkey registers Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key as a sign-in method. You can re-register to replace it, or disable passkey sign-in entirely.
Active sessions
Every device where you're currently signed in, with location and last-active time. The one you're using is marked This device. Hit Revoke on anything you don't recognize — that device is signed out immediately.
Notifications
Which emails you receive from the platform, one toggle per category — everything is on by default. Categories marked required (like security-critical mail) can't be turned off.
Organizations
Every workspace you belong to gets its own page in the rail — the green dot marks the one currently selected in the sidebar switcher.
- Name — click to rename (needs the team-update permission). The name appears on invoices and in the sidebar.
- Organization reference — the
org_…ID to quote in support requests, copyable with one click. It's safe to share: unlike a sequential number, it can't be guessed or enumerated. Shown on the currently selected organization's page. - Members — everyone in the organization, plus pending invitations. Invite sends an email invite; pending invites can be revoked before they're accepted.
- Leave organization — removes you from that workspace (behind a confirmation). Its agents, calls, and wallet stay intact for the remaining members.
Removing an existing member isn't available from this page yet — contact support if you need someone removed.
Danger zone
Account-level actions, each behind a confirmation:
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Sign out | Ends the session on this device only |
| Delete account | Permanently removes your sign-in (type DELETE to confirm). Organizations you belonged to are unaffected |
