Delete a tool
DELETE /api/v1/tools/{tool_uuid} — archive (soft-delete) a tool.
DELETE /api/v1/tools/{tool_uuid}Archive a tool. The row stays in the database — agents that still reference this tool_uuid continue to work but the tool no longer appears in the active list. Use POST /tools/{tool_uuid}/unarchive to restore.
Hard delete isn't supported
Tools are soft-deleted to preserve referential integrity with agent configs and historical call records.
