Fetch one binding by integer id.

Field	Notes
`credentials`	Always masked — each value keeps only its last 4 chars (`"*a451"`); short values collapse to `"*"`.
`credentialsMode`	Always `"masked"`.
`agentSnapshot`	The resolved agent config used for every inbound call to this number until updated.

Credentials are never returned in full

This endpoint always masks credentials — only the last 4 characters of each value are visible, enough to tell which auth a binding uses without exposing the secret. To rotate credentials, re-POST /call type=inbound for the same number.
