Download campaign source

GET /api/v1/campaign/{id}/source-download-url — signed URL to download the original contact list.

GET /api/v1/campaign/{campaign_id}/source-download-url

Returns a signed URL to download the source file that was registered when the campaign was created. URL expires in ~1 hour.

Status	`detail`	When
`403`	`"Access denied: Source file does not belong to your organization"`	Cross-org access attempted.
`404`	`"Campaign not found"`	Id not in your org.
